Session 6: Keynote Speaker:

Gilbert King, Pulitzer Prize winning author of the books Devil in the Grove: Thurgood Marshall, the Groveland Boys, and the Dawn of a New America, and Beneath a Ruthless Sun: A True Story of Violence, Race, and Justice Lost and Found. King has also written about race and criminal justice for the New York Times, the Washington Post, and The Atlantic. He attended the University of South Florida and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
