Opening Reception (Themed Event; Theme - To Be Announced)

The Opening Reception will take place in the exhibit hall.  Hospitality stations and tables will be positioned throughout the hall to promote participant circulation and networking among exhibitors.  All exhibitors are expected to complete setup no later than 5:00 pm and be present in their allocated exhibit space for the duration of the opening reception.

Exhibit Hall Exploration times are conference agenda times dedicated for participants to explore the exhibit hall and interact with the exhibitors. No concurrent sessions are scheduled during these times.

The exhibit hall will close following the drawings and will not open on Sunday.  The FCSS Conference Committee respectfully requests that all exhibitors wait until after the drawings to break down exhibit space and remove materials.

FCSS Teacher and Professional Awards Dinner

 

The Florida Historical Society, Executive Director, Dr. Ben Brotemarkle, will have a table in the Exhibiting Hall, displaying and selling books published by the Florida Historical Society Press, all of which explore various aspects of Florida history and culture.
