ALLISON MITCHELL
From Protest to Politics:  Reconsidering the Impact of The Congress of the Racial Equality’s Voter Registration Campaigns in Florida

Allison Mitchell is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Virginia and a Dissertation Fellow at Emory University’s James Weldon Johnson Institute.  Her work focuses on the history of Black electoral politics and grassroots organizing in the South.

All events are open to the public free of charge.  Pre-registration is required.

Parking at UCF is $5 per day.
Parking  permits are now virtual and can be obtained from UCF Parking or at the Kiosks in the garages.
