DEADLINES:

PLEASE RETURN YOUR APPLICATION NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1.  IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN TRY TO FIND A REPLACEMENT DEMONSTRATOR.  CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS BEFORE EVENT WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT.

REGISTRATION & FEES:

THE FLORIDA HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND BREVARD MUSEUM OF HISTORY & NATURAL SCIENCE ASK THAT YOU MAKE A DONATION  OF 10% OF YOUR SALES AT THE END OF THE EVENT.  $25 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIIT IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE PARTICIPATION.  IT WILL BE  REFUNDED OR CAN BE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR DONATION.   ONCE APPLICATION IS APPROVED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR THIS DEPOSIT, WHICH CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR BY CHECK.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND  FAIL TO NOTIFY US NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:

REGISTRATION FEE FOR NONPROFIT GROUPS WHO ARE NOT VENDORS IS REFUNDABLE.  PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR 501(C)3 CERTIFICATE WITH APPLICATION.

SALES TAX:

IF YOU SELL SOME ITEMS FROM THAT WHICH YOU DEMONSTRATE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING AND REPORTING FLORIDA SALES TAX.

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR SPACES

WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 10’ x 10’.  IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SPACE, PLEASE  LET US KNOW ASAP. VENDORS/EXHIBITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN CANOPY/TENT, TABLES & CHAIRS.

EVENT IS FROM 11AM - 5PM.  SETUP WILL START AT 9AM. 
PLEASE  PLAN ON YOUR SPACE BEING MANNED FOR THOSE HOURS.
EACH DEMONSTRATOR/VENDOR WILL RECEIVE TWO ADMISSIONS WITH THEIR REGISTRATION.
